Payment Policy

Flexible Payments:
We adopt milestone-based payments tied to project progress (e.g., contracting or design), as agreed upon in advance.

Down Payment:
A non-refundable advance payment is required after signing the contract and before work begins.

Price Adjustments:
In the event of changes in material or labor costs, both parties will agree on fair price adjustments to protect mutual interests.

Transparency:
Governmental or administrative fees are not included in the project cost and will be clearly stated in advance.

Warranties

Guaranteed Quality:
All our services (construction, design, supervision) are executed according to international engineering standards.

Service Warranty:
We provide warranties on delivered works (such as finishes or décor) for three months following final handover.

Stage Handover:
Each project phase is documented with an official delivery report signed by both parties to ensure quality and accountability.

Project Documentation:
Clients receive full service documents and warranty certificates upon final delivery.

Modifications and Suspension

Modifications:
Any changes or removals requested by the client after approval are subject to additional costs borne by the client.

Suspension:
If the project is suspended by the client or due to external circumstances, compensation will be calculated proportionally to the work completed.

Additional Works:
Unexpected works (e.g., dewatering in construction) will be compensated separately based on mutual agreement.

Service Termination

Cases:
The contract may be terminated by mutual consent in cases such as payment delays, non-compliance with specifications, or exceptional circumstances.

Procedures:
Termination requires a written notice 30 days in advance, with negotiations to settle disputes or complete ongoing stages.

Termination Obligations:
Include payment for the current phase, delivery of all documentation, and settlement of compensations.

Communication

Official Notices:
All formal communications are sent via registered mail, email, or WhatsApp, and are considered binding if not responded to within 5 business days.

Project Coordinator:
The client shall appoint a representative to facilitate approvals and communication throughout the project.

Customer Support:
For inquiries or assistance, clients can reach us through our official communication channels.
