What is your payment process for projects?

We use a phased payment system tied to project progress (such as contracting or finishing phases), with a non-refundable advance payment after signing the contract. All costs are clarified in advance, and any price changes in materials are reflected accordingly. Please note that government fees are not included in the project cost.

Do you provide warranties for your work?

Yes, we offer a three-month warranty on finishes and decorations from the date of final delivery. Each phase is documented with a delivery report to ensure quality, and all project documents and warranties are handed over to the client.

How do you handle project modifications or suspension?

Modifications requested by the client are charged to the client. In the event of project suspension due to client decisions or external circumstances, compensation will be calculated according to the project stage. Unforeseen works (such as water drainage) are compensated based on mutual agreement.
