Binaa Al Azm Real Estate Development Company presented a model construction experience by executing a private villa that combines the luxury of modern living with the comfort of daily use, with a total area of 413 m² and a built-up area of 885 m².
The journey began with the initial concept and planning, progressing through the preparation of architectural plans for the ground floor, first floor, and annex, culminating in a complete, high-quality execution up to the final handover stage.
The project was built on a 216 m² plot, with a total built-up area of 350 m², allowing for a well-thought-out distribution of spaces and areas for family and private use.
The design blends modern neoclassical style with contemporary architectural identity, featuring elegant facades and expansive openings that allow natural light in, giving the building a unique visual presence. The engineering team ensured compliance with all requirements of the modern Saudi Building Code, adhering to the highest quality standards in every aspect of the work.
