✨ Project Description
Binaa Al Azm Real Estate Development Company presented a model construction experience by executing a private villa that combines the luxury of modern living with the comfort of daily use, with a total area of 500 square meters.
The journey began with the initial concept and planning, through the preparation of the architectural plans for the ground floor, first floor, and annex, culminating in a complete, high-quality execution up to the final handover stage.
The project was implemented on a 500 square meter plot, allowing for a well-thought-out distribution of spaces and areas for family and private use.
The design blends modern neoclassical style with contemporary architectural identity, featuring elegant facades and expansive openings that allow natural light in and give the building a unique visual presence.
The engineering team also made sure to apply all the requirements of the modern Saudi code, while adhering to the highest quality standards in every item of work.
